  1. To recap the spring semester trainings based on provider feedback
  2. To review and discuss training logistics
  3. To address areas needing clarification regarding  Certificates of Attendance and Licensing, VGEC
  4. To discuss changes that will emerge in the fall semester

  1. If you trained in March for Nutritional Needs/Med Safety, what feedback can you give us about how this format worked for you as a trainer?
  2. Is there anything you would like to discuss about the Spring and Summer training semesters?
  3. Do you have any questions or concerns about how to handle CEUs?
  4. Do you have any questions that need to be clarified about returning materials to the Department of Gerontology?
  5. Are there any logistical issues that you have concerns about that we can address for you?
  6. What are you most looking forward to with the start of this new training season?
  7. What do you do with a participant who spends the whole training on their phone/ipad/etc.?
  8. What are some ways you can liven up the group after their “post-lunch sleepy” hits?
  9. What do you do about a situation where only one person is dominating the floor when it comes to sharing/discussion?
